We are happy to replace a product with a manufactoring defect with the same product. If a product is defective, contact us via online form: https://www.keypointdirect.com/rma-request/ or email: rma[at]keypointdirect.com for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please be as detailed about the defective product including photographs in the message. All defective products must be returned within 3 months of date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Products defaced and abused are not considered defective.
PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Some products designed for infants are made from lighter material to avoid injury from the normal use of product.
It is the users responsibility to handle with care. Products aren’t considered defective if damaged or abused during use.
